This is a template. Have a lawyer review it before you rely on it. It is written to be honest and to satisfy the basic requirements of Meta Ads, Google Ads and the WhatsApp Business API, but it is not legal advice and it has not been reviewed against India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act by a qualified person.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form: your name, phone number, email address, the service you selected, and any message you write. We also record the page you submitted from and your IP address, which we use only to rate-limit spam.

When you browse: we use Google Tag Manager, which may load analytics and advertising tools including Google Analytics and advertising pixels. These set cookies and collect standard technical data — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and referring source.

When you call or message us on WhatsApp: we hold the conversation and your number, in order to reply.

Why we collect it, and on what basis

We use your contact details to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the work. That is the only reason we ask for them. We use analytics data to understand which pages and channels bring us enquiries, so we can spend our own marketing budget sensibly.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for 24 months, then deleted, unless you become a client — in which case client records are kept for as long as the relationship lasts plus the period our accountants and Indian tax law require.

Who else processes it

Our web host, our email provider, and Google (Tag Manager and Analytics). Where we run WhatsApp campaigns, Meta processes the message data. Each has its own privacy terms.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@thinkdigitalmarketing.in and we will respond within 30 days. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any point, and we will.

Cookies

Cookies set through Google Tag Manager are used for analytics and advertising measurement. You can block them in your browser settings; the site will still work.
